旅英僑界訂於 2月28日下午3時至5時於 Lumen United Reformed Church 舉行紀念228文學欣賞及音樂會,邀請 Dr Pei-Yin Lin, Lecturer in Taiwanese Studies (Cambridge University)以二二八文學為主題,探討二二八事件對台灣文學的影響及社會文化之演變,另外,也邀請多位才華揚溢的旅英音樂家共同演出,希望以動人心弦的音符表達對228事件殉難的社會賢達及其家屬最誠摯的敬意與關心。

時間: 2月28日(周日)下午 3 時至 5 時 30 分(請於 2 點 40 分抵達)

For commemoration of the 228 Incident, in year 2010, the Taiwanese community in UK is hosting a literature and music appreciation event. Dr. Pei-Yin Lin of Cambridge University, a lecturer in Taiwanese Studies, will be giving a talk on the evolution of Taiwanese literature and culture as a result of the 228 Incident. Several Taiwanese musicians in the UK will also perform, as an expression of our deepest sympathy and respect for 228 victims and their families.
Time: Sunday 28th February, 15:00-17:30 (Please arrive at 14:40)
